As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBA, then please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this work experience would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA, that can further enhance your career prospects, plus this work work experience yours would give you competitive advantage to you over candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

Preparing for IAS requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for IAS prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2
