With 12th Science (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry), you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as occupational therapy, computer, business administration.
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.
Selecting a course / stream entirely depends on your interest, skills and long term career goal. So, decide wisely.

As per your interest in medical field (MBBS), to be eligible :
** You must have passed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 60% .
** You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
** There are number of recognized colleges all over India which admit students based on the entrance exam. Admission to MBBS is based on the marks gained in the entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC and many more.

Minimum Eligibility:
Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or Master's degree in Science/ Humanities/ Management or equivalent in relevant discipline with 55% marks in aggregate for general category.
The candidate having a valid Gate score / NET qualified or M.Phil Holders are exempted from Entrance Test for PhD Admission.
