Hi Vishal,
Singapore, Canada, Germany, NZ are some of the best student friendly places. For post study options NZ, Germany, Canada, Australia are very good. Australia is also abuzz with Indians but living cost is high. These countries also have good opportunities for mechanical engineers. Please see here if you can find options. You have taken commerce with computer science, right?
So, studying computer science engineering or IT is a good choice but if you want to appear for any entrance exam, that is not possible as the questions for engineering entrances are from physics, chemistry and maths/biology.
So, you must attend some counselling with your board exams but you can study MCA or B.Sc computer science as they are almost equal to CSE.

To get admission into the Pharmacy course, students have to complete their 10+2 education(PCB) & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam. The national level entrance exam is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). You can also apply for the state level exams such as TS EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, BCECE, WBJEE, etc as per the eligibility criteria of the exams.
