RIIM PUNE is better it provides both the programme MBA/ PGDM. For MBA you will get the degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and PGDM is AICTE Approved. Firstly, it is common merit rank and not category merit rank. According to last year's cut off, the last rank from a general category to take the seat was rank 88. Unfortunately, your rank is not adequate to get admission in B.F.Tech, NIFT. Though you can try your luck. All the best.
