Mahatma Gandhi University Kerala offers 13 online UG and PG programmes. Admission to these programmes is based on the basic eligibility criteria. For UG courses, candidates need to pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% in aggregate. For PG courses, students should hold a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% in aggregate. The course duration for the programmes is the same, for UG the duration is four years and for PG it is 2 years. Candidates can apply for these courses through online application. Yes, the university offers admission based on national and university-based entrance exams. There are some courses which are offered on the basis of merit scores. MGU admission to the UG courses is done on the basis of marks secured in the entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations. MGU Kerala conducts a Common Admission Test (majorly known as MGU CAT) for admission to all PG courses. However, it also accepts several national-level entrance exams for MBA and PhD admissions.

In addition to this, MG University also offers distance learning courses through its Center For Online Education (COE). MG University admissions to all the programmes offered by the university and the affiliated colleges are conducted through a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP).

CAT 2023 Mock Test Official: Candidates who will appear in the B-school entrance test can visit iimcat.ac.in and take it. Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has released official mock tests of the Common Eligibility Test (CAT) 2023. 

While this test has been designed to simulate the actual exam, it does not necessarily mean that same questions will be asked in CAT 2023, IIM Lucknow has clarified in the notice.

The Mock Test contains selected questions from previous years' Common Admission Test (CAT) papers with an aim to familiarize the candidates with different types of questions generally asked in CAT (MCQs/ Non-MCQs) and the exam console…The objective of this Mock Test is not to disclose the exam pattern for CAT 2023 and the actual exam may or may not contain similar type or number of questions.
