HI Arpit, there is no minimum percentage to get admission as the University considers an aggregate of best of 4. But it is recommended that students scoring above75% - 80% only apply as they may have chances of getting admission.
For now the UG admissions are closed and you can try for next year intake.

You can either go about both the options together or one after the other, ICWA is a professional program for those who are keen to pursue a career in the Cost and Works Accountant, the job prospect are bright and filled with good growth opportunities.
B.Com is also well known career option provided you are keen to go about pursuing a career in Commerce, and pursuing it as a combination along with ICWA will definitely a value add.
You can refer to your interests and previous academic records (specially Accounts) for your future decisions.
