See 60% is not that much good score for the admission in the best colleges.
but u cn appear in the state level entrance exams like OCET for punjab engineering colleges, CET n wud b able to get admission in any of the college.
or u can approach the colleges directly and ask for the management quota seats.
u r also eligible for the competitive exams of all india level. but u have to keep urself updated for it through ur friends and of-course internet.
