firstly congratulations for getting good % in 12th.yes,ofcourse you can do b.tech (civil).For this you can take direct admission or give entrance for that so get better colleges.After 12th b.tech in civil is fantastic option. B.Tech will give you a technical hand which is highly preferred by companies. You have more carrier options available after B.Tech.Now a days,Civil engg. is in demand it will have great future opportunities.

- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
