Please note that with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MS and MBA degree as in order to pursue masters degree from US and Canada you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
However please note that in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So if you are interested in pursuing MBA from good universities abroad in that case I would suggest you to work for for some years after completing your BBA and then opt for MBA from good universities in UK.
However if you do not wish to work and continue with your studies immediately after completing your graduation in that case you may consider pursuing MS in finance from UK as in order to pursue this program it is not mandatory to have work experience, you only need to be graduate in any field plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.

Please note that MBA is a post graduate degree and is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is post graduate diploma and is offered by AICTE approved autonomous institutes.
Both these course have almost the same course curriculum and are equally accepted by corporates for job so you may pursue any of these course.
However if you wish to pursue Phd in future in that case you may consider pursuing MBA only.
While taking admission your emphasis should be more on taking admission in good university or institute.
You may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a institute or university to pursue MBA or PGDM program:
- Accreditation of the institute.
- Institute's infrastructure.
- Teaching faculty.
- Specialization offered.
- Past placements records.
- Tuition fees.
- City preference.
- Industry interface.
