Hi Priya,
For admission into FMS, Delhi, you need to have a valid CAT score which is greater than the cut-off score for FMS.
MAT score cannot be of much use in getting you interview call for admission into FMS.

Yes, you can apply for 30% seat as 70% seats are filled by JEE Mains students and 30% seat is filled with board marks so you can apply you may get a seat there.

Sorry to say but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architecture college because above 90 marks are required in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges. Also, for NITs and government colleges you need above 300 marks in JEE paper 2.
