The placements at VIT always set limits book records. It has always been at the top when it comes to placement percentage. Infosys, HCL, Wipro, and TCS hires the students in a bunch with the good package. The core companies are also visiting a lot during the campus placement. B.Sc IT requires Maths. In fact, admissions of B.Sc IT happen on the basis of Maths marks in class 12th. Even BCA has mathematics, so basically you need to have Maths for these courses. Without Maths, you aren't eligible. Thank you.

Hi Shivani,
Every college is different and hence their admission criteria also varies. Do not lose hope, apply for the course in which you want to enrol.
There are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview.
But you need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website.

There are Entrance exam for some of the universities. However, he/she will be considered for admission if he/she fulfils the other requirements of admission. I think, yes you are eligible to do M.Sc Maths after B.Tech (ECE), but mostly it depends on the university, where you are going to pursue Master's degree.

B.Sc. Is an honours degree, BCA is a Bachelor of computer application degree software based and B tech is engineering degree so always B.Tech is the best but BCA is not bad at all.
