Intermediate is better any day. Most institutes will ask for your 12th class certificate in order to consider your admission for Bachelor's degree.

It is difficult to point out a college which will admit you. Admissions are done on basis of merit-lists and/or entrance exams. DU cut-offs generally are very high and vary from category to category, course to course. In my point of view, B.Com+CS is better then BBA+CS. Because B.Com+CS both are related to each other. You have completed your 12 with 72 % in the commerce field, then why do you think of BBA? You should take admission in B.Com and registered B.Com.
