Yes you are eligible. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognised universities Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and are awaiting results or those who are yet to appear for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the Preliminary Examination. Such candidates have to produce proof of passing the said examination along with the application for the Main Examination Candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognised by the Government or its equivalent are also eligible to apply.

If you have opted for NCHMCT and scored a good rank then go for the counselling but if you think you are not going to get a good college in counselling of NCHMCT then you can go for private colleges or institutions like UEI GLOBAL. Both the colleges have great brand name, infrastructure and a lot of students opt of both the colleges. But from my point of view SRM has a diverse group of students compared to Amity and the number of events are also very large in SRM which helps in overall development of the students. One more strong point with SRM is its geographical advantage as the number of companies in south India are a lot more than north and SRM being a big brand attracts a lot of large and small companies to its campus.

Pursuing B.Com will give you an option post your graduation to whether pursue M.Com or pursue MBA. Whereas, if you get into BBA then you don't have an option except for MBA. Thus, I would suggest, you need to think about your interest areas and career plan and based on it, take a call.

No, you cannot get NIT Jamshedpur but you may get a chance for NIT, Calicut with EC branch. You can go for some private state colleges or university that is also providing better education and placements. Best of luck.

Your score is good in CU SET exam 2018. So to take admission in the Central University of Rajasthan, you just go and fill counselling form after that you will have to know about your admission and your field in which you are interested in.

I have no idea about cut off, because ICAR do not reveal marks, they only show your ranks. But I want to share my experience that help you in analyzing the cut off. ICAR UG EXAM 2015:-
NUMBER OF QUES ATTEMPTED =163 OUT OF 180 (60 QUES EACH IN MATHS, PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY)
NUMBER OF RIGHT ANSWER ON WHICH I HAVE FULL CONFIDENCE =approximately 145 TO 150 ( I. e 575 to 600 marks)
RANK I GOT =251 GENERAL CATEGORY, 100 OBC category. I you have any query about counselling procedure, about preparation technique, best college. Then freely message me.
