Yes. There are maximum chances that you will get admission in a good college under Delhi University.
Please check http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=cut-off-2017 for last year's cutoff.
You'll get the idea.

Generally, FMS-Delhi's cut off is very high around 99.99 percentile. Even for OBC category, it wouldn't be less than 99 percentile.

Getting private college with such score is quite tough. Try getting admission in private colleges having good placement record. Also, try taking CS branch because its placement are much better than other branches.

Assuming you are from General, frankly, your Mains will end up giving you nothing. You either need to go for any other competitive exams or private colleges or one year drop. Moreover, big private university exams are isn't hard to get and they are equivalent to one of the decent NIT. Manipal, VIT and AMRITA and KIIT are recommendations.

NIT, Trichy is one of the best institutes for CSE. It is top among the NITs and placements for CSE are pretty good here. The only issue you might have is of adjusting to the new environment. Also, Delhi is much better to live than Trichy. So take your decision considering all the facts.

Hi, NIOS offers secondary, post secondary and Diploma programmes not Bachelor's degree, so how did you graduate from NIOS? You have to use these terms properly specially it will mean a big deal when you are applying to foreign universities.

You have a number of options after 12th. If you have interest in Science, then B.E. /B.Tech and B.Sc are the options you may look for, if you have interest in post-graduation, go for M.Sc/M.Tech after B.Sc/ B.E. /B.Tech.
