GGSIPU is now using JEE Main scores for B.E./B.Tech admissions. So CET code no. 131 is void now. Now come to the your point, The school from where your son has completed the 12th i.e Air Force School Hindon, Ghaziabad is falling under the Uttar Pradesh state jurisdiction. So yours son 12th class will be considered from the U.P. instead of Delhi. This is the reason yours son has been considered as outside Delhi for admission in GGSIPU Delhi.
