HI Nirupam, for LLM I would suggest you to opt for UK too USA. And you can go for courses like intellectual property, commercial law, business law, marine law.
Univ like Glasgow, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Swansea univ offer courses in Law
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Well as correctly stated by both Raja MG and Dr.Krishna, you can opt for Diploma in fashion designing but then as this is a diploma, would hold less relevance when compared to a degree program.

But then to pursue a degree course the minimum requirement is a 12th pass from a recognized board. hence, to benefit your future, I would request you to try again and clear your PUC second so that you stand eligible for further higher education as well.

i appreciate tht even after doing ca, u r interested in pursuing more studies. well, u can do it from IGNOU,SMUDE or from The Global Open Univesity of Nagaland. all these univesities are approved, authoirsed and recognised by UGC (a govt. body) and will give u a degree only,
And, if u want to know the best, then i wud like to tell u tht the best univesity to do it thur ditance mode is "The Global Open Univesity of Nagaland". it is not only approved by UGC rather it has a global value outside india as well and not only this, it give certain special features like On Demand Exam (a special facility to appear for exams as per ur choosed dates, venue and no. of subjects anytime within the annual duratin of one year in ur nearest learning center), online study anytime at ur own pace and above all, it is wuite ecomomical as compares to smude.

IAS is a esteemed Govt position under the state/ central government and the selection to which is carried out by the UPSC / Civil Services exams.
The exam is conducted in two phases: Preliminary test (CSAT) and Main Written Test.
CSAT: It is an Objective type examination consisting of Two Papers that is common to all candidates from 2011 having special emphasis on testing their aptitude for civil services as well as on general knowledge.
Main Exam.: Those who qualify the CSAT exam are shortlisted for the Main exam. It is a descriptive (essay type) examination. The General Studies, Essay paper, English Paper are common to all candidates and with this a candidate has two optional subjects to choose from the given options and a language paper of his / her choice. After qualifying the test, shortlisted candidates are called for the interviews and then the final selection takes place.

HI Lakshmi, as stated in the discussion earlier there is no absolutely free education. There is some amount of fee that a student has to pay unless they get 100% scholarship for studies and for living expenses.
For instance, in Germany there is no tuition fee, hence the students study for free. But there is something called semester fee that the unviersities charge the students which comes to Euro 140 - 500 and some univ even charge 700 per semester. This fee is utilised for the universities lab and other activities for the benefit of students as nothing can function without money.
In addition to this fee there is also living expense that a student will incur during studies which comes to Euro 740 in Germany. Living expenses in European countries is higher comparatively.
