By CLAT you mean Law degree. Frankly speaking the scope of the Law degree is completely in the individuals hand, as it is only after clearing Bar Council Examination that one can practice law.

Although, Amity under IP University also is a decent Institute but it would be a good option that if you get admission in Amity University Noida branch as that is the main campus and it is always suggested that one should opt for a main campus of a University which is the oldest and you get the best of facilities there.

Although I cannot forecast or make a prediction about your admissions, but then the rank mentioned by you is very low, and by this getting a good and well reputed institute would be difficult but still you should not lose your hope and still try to get through a decent institute.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your stream is your own interests and career aspirations. The options after BCA would be MCA in case you want to pursue a career in technical field and MBA in case you want to pursue a career in Management. Courses like graphics, web designing, Animation can be few of the other good options. Apart from this you can straightaway get into job as well and after working for few years can plan for further studies. Although, B.Arch and Civil Engineering both the fields offer bright future but it would depend on your own interests and career aspirations that which degree you opt for. Architecture is a one step above the Civil Engineering as in Civil Engineers can only make the structures but Architectures are the one who can design as well as can build the structures.
As far as the colleges are concerned with the rank you have it would be difficult to get through any good Engineering colleges. However, you can look at private colleges like Amity.
