You can't clear the course with 40% marks. For that too, you need 50% marks.
Further, even if you clear the exams with just passing marks, that's an issue in getting the first job. That too can be addressed if you have a great training exposure and clarity in laws.
Ultimately, it's how much you know theoretically and practically that matters in the end.
Remember, getting a job is not much difficult when compared to surviving in the job.
All the best.

CS on its own is enough an eligibility to get a job.
You don't need to worry about anything else.
However, in light of the current market scenario, it's necessary that you know your skills to the full that includes knowledge of law, rules and regulations.
The place form where you complete your training is also a factor as it lets people decide what exactly is your practical exposure.
Further, you need to have good communication skills, specially English alongwith good drafting skills.
All the best.
Keep shining.

As a result, if a Science student develops an interest in business or wants to be in a managerial position, then MBA after a B.Sc. might be a good option. A general MBA gives broad knowledge about business management. This degree will give a basic yet strong foundation in the field of business. Being alumni of LPU, I highly recommend LPU for an MBA degree based on the following things-
The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. P
