Hey!
According to my knowledge, the best college for Marine engineering is Tolani Maritime Institute (TMI), Pune.
Set up by a ship management company, The Tolani Group is one of the largest educational centres in India that excels in giving technical education. TMI provides B.S. Marine Engineering and B.S. Nautical Technology; these degree programmes are in offered in collaboration with the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. With a Grade 1 approval for its degree courses by Crisil (the highest grading obtainable), TMI happens to be undoubtedly the best among the rest.
Good luck.

Hi Nishant,
You must complete your class 12th before applying for MBBS admissions in Russia. You must apply early for better admission chances. Applicants must have obtained aggregate 50% marks in the physics / chemistry / biology in the class 12th. There are no entrance examinations and the admissions are strictly on a first come first served basis.

My suggestion would be to first analyse your area of interest. Talk to your known persons who are already working in the field which interests you. After this step opt for a course. Pursuing a course without having interest is not advisable for long term success.
