Doon Business School is good for mass communication, you may get into it. For journalism, there can never be 100% placement as this is a course, which demands sound practical knowledge. The more you are good in your skills, the more the chances are to get placed.

BBA-CAM can not be equated equal to BCA which is purely a technical job oriented degree. If you want to have technical career, you may opt for MCA but if you want to have techno-managerial career you may opt for MBA-IT.

If you are interested in accountancy, you should go for M.Com. Some colleges give placement options. So, from your college also you can get a job. You can get job in accounts department easily with the degree of M.Com.
If you score more than 55% in M.Com, you will be eligible for the exam called NET (National eligibility test). If you clear this examination, you can be a lecturer also.
