You can do your Ph.D at the all National Law University, India. Otherwise, you can go abroad like Havard Law School and Oxford Law School for Ph.D in law after your LLM degree.

Yes, you can do it. If you don't get placed in a good company, you may approach the companies directly.
But you can get a job outside the campus only if you have a good profile which gives you an edge over others.
So it is better to get on campus placement itself and gain some work experience. After that, you may update your profile and then you can approach a top company for recruitment.
