Hi,
None of any private colleges will give you scholarship for the whole B.Tech. It will give only for 1st year then after it depends on your performance. I think according to your JEE Mains and Advanced score, you can get admission in NITs.

If you want to go for management studies then you need to have a good command over aptitude and English since graduation days. Be updated about business related current affairs which you can find on forbes.com. You need to choose a UG course among BBA, BBM or any other course you feel like to do from a good institution as well. Start preparing for CAT. GMAT, etc., from now. Join any coaching in the final year of your UG program.
Hope this helps.

If you are looking for less fee then look for colleges. PG Diploma will have less fee.
Universities will be more costly. All degrees are of two years.
Only if you study 2-year program, you are allowed to stay back for three years.
If you do PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma) of 1-year then you will be allowed to stay back for 8 months.
