I verified from the website and yes it is giving a wrong address on the registration page. I would recommend calling on the number that i have given in my previous answer and clarifying with them as to how you should be registering for the exam and which center you should choose. Registering on the current address might be a problem.

However i don't understand why you are suddenly interested in travel and tourism course as most of the engineers either go for Mtech/MS or MBA. Well it may not be possible to change your University in mid of a program in continuation with the current course. If you are keen to change the University then you would require to start from the beginning. You can always change the colleges under the same University depending on the provisions available.
