MBA i.e. Masters in Business Administration is a Masters' degree course and can be pursued by any person who has a minimum qualification of a Graduate degree from a recognized University.
If you are finding problems in your engineering, you can look for other options to pursue your graduation like Arts, B.Sc, BBA etc.

If you are like networking & Hardware course,then i am say that you join Network & Hardware by Jetking Institute.Both course is increase in IT field with software course.I think you know that day to day software course or Web designing,graphic etc. increase in IT field,then day to day need Hardware & Networking most usage very rapidly in every company.Most company require Networking& Hardworking.It is course very huge,but you not go to deeply in the course.You are learning only what Is Networking & Hardware ?

As per the aggregate in your Masters, the chances to be eligible for either of the mentioned streams is quite difficult. As per the NET norms, the minimum eligibility required is a Masters from a recognized University with at least 55% as the aggregate, and same is the required aggregate for the PhD programs. Usually, starting salaries range in between 40,000 to 1,00,000 USD depending from university to university. However, money is not everything. In NET you have to two set of Papers Paper I which is the paper on General Paper on Teaching & Research Aptitude and Paper II is a subject paper.
As you have done MBA you can sit for Management subject paper. There is no bifurcation on the basis of specialisation, person from any specialisation (Marketing, Finance, Operatios etc.) need to take Management as a subject paper.
