There is not electronics and communication engineering degree at the university. However, there is an undergraduate program in the field of electrical and computer engineer at this university. To be eligible to do MBA from Symbiosis you need to have graduation from a recognised University with 50% aggregate marks. Apart from this you need to appear for SNAP and once you clear SNAP you would be called for GD & PI. For more information on SNAP please check the link below:

As for I would know, Delhi University does not offers any provisions where one can complete his/her graduation degree in a single year. I would still suggest you to contact the University directly to inquire about the same.

Would depend on what kinda graduation you have done ,from which institute , how well you have done, your communication ,teaching skills.too many factors into consideration.Plus faculty for which institute also does matter.
