American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Although your query is not complete, yet assuming that you want to know about MCA from DU, I'd like to tell you that to get yourself into MCA in DU, you'll need to appear in an entrance exam. This exam has two sections :
1. Quantitative and Mathematical Ability Test
2. Deductive and Logical Ability Test
You can check the eligibility criteria on its website www.du.ac.in/
