2. Start exercising regularly
3. Join a degree course like Law, Psychology, Criminology, Forensic Sciences, IT or Public Administration.
4. Allocate time every week to prepare for UPSC (Union Publics Service Commission) exams when you are pursuing your degree course.

there r 2 ways of Pursuing M.TECH
1ST THE general way 2 yrs course with 4 semester (which u r late )
2nd way is M.Tech (through Research Mode) (the way PHD is done )
in this mode there r no writen examination
students has to write the thesis & submit he same to the university

Well firstly if you are planning to take up a M.Tech / M.E in software engineering without having a relevant education background seems least of a possibility. But as correctly mentioned by @Subahasish debroy982 , you can opt for other related courses.
DOEACC is one of the best source to achieve this goal of yours, however if you belonged to commerce stream and happen to study Maths at +2 level, you may look forward to pursue MCA from a good institute in any where in the nation.

higher studies in Physics or Astronomy is also requires. A Ph.D will definitely help to enter in to this field as a scientist or research officer.
