Hi Ketan. Poaching is a recruitment style. In this the talent required is not developed into a candidate, but it follows a BUY TALENT principle. It's latest trend and quite useful too. In this what the firms do is they attract the talent from other firms by offering larger salary packages, more incentives, allowances, facilities. It just breaks down the backbone of the other firm. It is referrerd to as unethical but at the same time we say every thing is fair in love, war and business. That's why today firms have time to time counselling to retain and hold their talents within themselves.
