Both NAVAL Arch and B.Arch are completely different courses. Users and their requirements are very different. It depends totally on your interest and passion to choose between the two.
I can tell you about the opportunities that an Architect can get after completing his B.Arch. They are:

Architects (Junior/ Senior)
Furniture design
Photography
Construction& Community based volunteering
Infrastructure development
Graphic design
Set Design
Jewelry design
Advance research in Architecture
Faculty @ School of Architecture
History, Restoration and Preservation

Project/ Construction Mana

Syllabus of BCA and B.Sc IT is similar up to 80 to 90% in various universities. Courses on Computer languages, data structure, databases, and networking etc are common. BCA degree course program is primarily focused on in the field of Computer Applications, whereas B.Sc IT degree program primarily focused on subjects with more mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing rather than emphasizing specific technologies. Market acceptance of BCA is little more in comparison to B.Sc IT. That's something you have to decide, no one else would know. Figure our your career plan and have a vision, study something matching your interest such as Masters in a relevant field like operations and product management , Masters in product design, entrepreneurship or an MBA, etc.

You are eligible to do all MBA specialisations selected by you I.e. IB, HR, Finance and Risk management. You may do any of these specialisation based on your interest to excel in studies and career. Based on opportunities in order of precedence, you may opt for IB, Finance, HR and Risk Management market.
