Same was the case with me & I also wanted to get in a university in Canada for my Masters but because they ask for 16 years of education, I had to drop my plans and now going for 1 year PG course in Sheridan College to fulfil my 1 year of study and will get into the Masters thereafter.
Although someone told me that there are few universities which accept 15 years of education but you have to check on the internet about the ones.

Doing a part time job there will fetch you 12-13$ per hour. Now, it depends on how much you can work on the basis of your classes schedule and college days.
Worry not, you will make at least 2500-3000$ in a month and you will be able to meet your daily expenses and save a little for your next semester fees.
After your UG in CS, you can easily earn 20-30$ per hour.
Go ahead. All the best.
