It is difficult. If you give exam in the first week of October, the result will appear after 12 days from the day of exam. The hard copy for IELTS will also take 5-6 days to reach up to you. After that, your offer letter might take another 1 month to come. As December isn't too far, you'll have to apply for visa as well. It's difficult but not impossible.
