There is a wide array of areas that Tool and Die makers can accel in. My advice would be to work in the trade for a few years and keep your eyes and ears open to the jobs around you. Many tool makers are satisfied with the trade and remain in it their whole career. Tool design, mechanical design, mechanical engineering, and Manufacturing engineering are great fields to apply your tool making experience too, and many companies will assist you in getting the formal training and college you need.

These days it is little difficult for BCA students to get good jobs in well-known software companies because they need at least MCA degree. Generally, BCA students get jobs with less salaries so it is better to apply for jobs after MCA.
However, in government sector you can apply for:-
1.Bank P.O
2.SSC(Graduation level)
3.IAS

Hello Mohit,
There is normally a bar for entry into engineering colleges based on date of birth. You will have to check status & relevant rules concerning your state. But you are definitely not eligible for admission in IIT.
Else you can think of doing AMIE, which is equivalent to BE.
