Entrance exam (if any) or even many institutes give direct admission to the students on the basis of their performance in last qualifying exam. Eligibility criteria (qualifying exam) is passing with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (Applied Medical Science or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Agriculture or Nanotechnology or Biosciences or Life Sciences or Food Sciences or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Public Health & Allied Sciences or Plant Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying test (if any). Through internship, I am assuming that you're interested in doing some research work or project, so the best way is to start looking for nice institutes nearby your places where you can easily visit, then check the faculty of desired topic, and the professor you would like to work with, you can send them a mail including all the skills you've and why would you like to work with them. If they like your CV and statement of purpose they will respond you back positively otherwise you can try to other too, there is always a way if you're interested a lot to work upon something. Also, you can apply for summer internships through INSA where you can also get a scholarship to work and you can also go to some other cities with full scholarship for that summer internship.

Collect the application form from the college. Fill all the relevant details such as Personal Information and Academic Qualification. Submit the duly filled application form along with all the relevant documents to the college:
10th and 10+2 passing Certificate
10th and 10+2 mark sheet (original for the verification purpose)
Migration Certificate and Character Certificate
Bachelors degree mark sheet (original for the verification purpose)
