Though there are not a certain criteria about educational qualification as some inherent qualities of personalities are given more importance for being a Radio Jockey. An excellent command over language and exceptional communication power are essential. Adding more you should have a good sense of humor, music and a good diction with proper modulation.
As formal education, a graduation degree is given value. Though many private channels hire a10+2 candidates too.
