For any such certifications in software or hardware networking I would suggest you to go for an Authorized training Institute like if you are planning to go for CCNA go for Institutes which are authorized by Cisco, For MCITP go for Microsoft authorized Institutes so on and so forth. Although, it would be difficult to provide any concrete list of authorized training institutes but whichever institute you plan to join do check its authentication. Only a course in CCNA can not lend you a job in UK, you need to have the right kind of Educational qualification for e.g. an Engineering degree in IT or Computer Science Engineering etc. Moreover, the rules and regulations in UK for working professionals are pretty tough and it is not easy to get Working Visa, so if you need to plan to go abroad you have to keep all the pros and cons in mind. Another option could be that you go for a course and opt for Students Visa and once you reach there you may try for a job.
