There is a difference between 'approved' and 'affiliation'. Affiliation means the institute in which you are studying will impart degree issued by the institute it is affiliated to. Whereas, approval means the courses of a particular institute is approved from any autonomous body such as AICTE or UGC.

Yes, you may surely pursue MBBS from abroad, however please remember after completing your MBBS from abroad, you need to take MCI test, to be eligible to practice medicine in India.
Unless and until you clear this exam you will not be allowed to practice medicine in India.
