*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for prelims

In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field with atlast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like:
- CAT
- MAT.
- XAT.
- SNAP.
- IBSAT.
- ATMA.
- ICET.
- PGCET, etc.
Please note that some institutes may even conduct entrance test of their own.
The final selection for admission in MBA is made on the basis of:
- Educational background of the students.
- Scores in various management entrance test.
- Performance in group discussion and personal interview.
- Work experience if any.
