Hi Harshvardhan,
Before I help you I have some questions :
1) Which country do you want to study from as there are many universities offering engineering courses in the world.
2) What course you wish to pursue?
3) At what level you wish to join the course i.e., graduation or post graduation?
At any level you can join only if you fulfill the academic requirements mentioned by the university for the course. Admission procedure differs from one course to another and one university to another, it would be always advisable to go through the university's official website for specific eligibility details.

Hi,
Yes you can definitely go for it. But you'll have to start from scratch as in you'll not be getting any credit points.
You can even pursue both provided you can strive a balance.
In the case of two degrees at a time, it is advisable to go for 1 regular and 1 distance or both through correspondence.

Also getting admission for the same is tedious and preference to international students is minimal. So I would suggest that you opt for advanced diploma in cell biology. The best option in the present scenario is that you forward me your detailed academics. Also let me know when you completed your bachelor’s and your activity since then. Having all this knowledge would put me in a better position to find options for you. Have you appeared
