My suggestion would be that you should have some years of experience being into some managerial job and then take up teaching as you can relate practical aspects quickly. This can make your classes interesting and exciting for students. No longer you need to depend on just theoretical aspects, but also various practical dimensions of the same. You can work for say some 3 to 5 years in a managerial job and then take up teaching. MBA alone may not be sufficient to get into some good institute. Usually all good colleges prefer PhD holders. MBA guys are usually taken in as research associates and lecturers and they can do a PhD in an area
