In order to pursue BBA you need to be 12th pass from any stream with good academic record preferably 45%- 50% in 12th, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.
Now coming to BPP program from IGNOU, then as per its official website it offers Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP)
This Programme is offered by the University to those students who wish to do Bachelors Degree of IGNOU but do not have the essential qualification of having passed 10+2.
