SAT examination is for undergraduate studies in USA after 12th. If you are already in engineering college, you will studying post graduate MS course in USA and for that you need to give GRE on line test. Besides, in both the cases, you are also required to appear in TOEFL or IELTS English proficiency test.
Any way, I am giving detail of SAT test:-
The SAT exam is designed to assess the skills of thinking and logical reasoning of the candidates. These are the basic skills that you acquire in your schools, but are highly valued at the college level as well. The purpose of conducting this exam is to evaluate students for their writing, reading as well as mathematical skills.
The total duration of the exam is 3 hours and 45 minutes. The SAT exam is divided into SAT Reasoning Test and SAT subject based Test.
SAT reasoning test:
Writing: This section has essay type question section and multiple choice type questions. The essay section has allocated the time of 25 minutes. Total 49 multiple choice questions having 800 marks.
Critical Reading: The critical reading section is divided into three sub-sections. The questions asked in this section are based on either short passage reading or long passage reading. The questions are multiple choice based questions. These questions generally evaluate a student's writing skills. Total 67 multiple choice questions having 800 marks.
Mathematics: Mathematics section also consists of three sections. The total time allotted to this section is 70 minutes. Total 54 multiple choice questions having 800 marks.

Dear Neha, you are confused because you are at a lower level of teaching and which is not paying well. Your dilemma is more due to your two degrees, which are in two unconnected ways. Had you been M.Sc., you would have moved to PGT level but MBA will not take you there as far as teaching is concerned.
Now to correct it, you must pursue M.Phil. or Ph.D. in management field and move to college level teaching, which will be more satisfying and more rewarding. It will also help you to move to a better B-school as a faculty.
Teaching becomes satisfying, if you are able to constantly improve your domain knowledge and students are looking forward for your classes as they know that you will be able to give them that extra input which is easily not available in text books. The second aspect of satisfaction comes when you are in a better quality school or college due to your better degrees and qualifications because, there the level of students will be much higher who have better grasp and understanding.

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany you need to have:
- Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
- Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
- GRE score of 300-320 plus.
- IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Please remember since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.
