B.Ed is necessary if you want to teach in the private or government schools. After B.Ed you will have to qualify the Teachers Eligibility Test or TET exam conducted by the by the central and the respective state government. Eligibility for TET – Graduation from recognized university You should also have B.ed. degree.

The duration for a undergraduate law course(LLB) is 3 years and you can definitely opt for LLB through distance mode. There is no course with a duration of 2 years

Yes, every law college should be registered with the bar council of India. The Bar Council conducts inspection on a regular basis and the affiliation can be cancelled if the college is not following the standard procedures.
