To become an entrepreneur one doesn't need to pursue MS. Instead you could pursue MBA which helps you to learn strategies and techniques to handle a corporate and to manage it effectively. But if you're interested in pursuing MS you can become an entrepreneur after completing your course. But I would recommend you to go for MBA either in India or abroad for entrepreneurship.

Every state has good colleges which will offer B.Sc with physics. However, admissions to these colleges is not through JEE Mains but based on marks scored in qualifying exam.

Yes, you can. Different universities and countries have different requirements. For Bachelors degree in US you must clear the SAT and TOEFL. SAT is not mandatory for the other countries. Regarding the percentage, at least 60% is recommended for the average universities. The higher the grades you have the better are the chances for admission. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL.
