AMIE is not recognized for job point of view, but still have validity in promotions. So, in my opinion you should pursue regular B.Tech course through lateral entry scheme. This will give you good opportunities in private and government sectors and also you could be able to complete the course in certain time frame. For shortlisting Colleges those offers Lateral admission conducts their own entrance test. The eligibility criteria for lateral entry in Diploma in concerned stream with minimum 60% of marks.

I don't know what your percentile would be. But, definitely, it will be very low. It would not be good enough to get into any good college. I would suggest you to go for a re-take NMAT for any decent chance of making it to a good college.
As per the eligibility, one should have 60 percentile in NMAT, so, you need to check your score card for the percentile.
And, you should have 60% in class 12th and a minimum of 50% in graduation for MBA general and international business programme. And, for all other MBA specializations, a minimum 50% in graduation.

As per the selection process of NMAT by GMAC 2017, the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of NMAT by GMAC scores. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the selection rounds at those institutes. After the declaration of final result in the third week of January, NMAT by GMAC 2017 selection procedure will begin. The participating institutes will tentatively conduct selection procedure from February to June 2018.

There are lot of scope. I am going to talk about the paths commonly opted by students:
Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing). Depending upon your talent, qualifications, and how good your MBA school is, students are offered jobs in higher management of pharmaceutical companies. Pharma MBA is also offered by some colleges in India.M.Pharma after B. Pharma: Students interested in academia and R&D take up M.Pharma. M.Pharma can be done in many fields like pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, clinical pharmacology, pharmacognosy, biotechnology, etc. M.Pharma graduates either join the industry as scientists or as lecturers in universities. Some M.Pharma students pursue a Ph.D. which is required to become a professor in good Indian universities. A lot of Ph.D. holders also join the industry. (There is a difference between a lecturer and a professor)
MS/PhD after B. Pharma: Motivated students who pursue undergraduate research and gain experience via internships along with good scores in college can apply for MS or even direct Ph.D. programs abroad. GRE and TOEFL/IELTS may be required depending upon the country and university. The competition is usually very cutthroat as you are competing with applicants from all over the world.LLB after B. Pharma: This is a very uncommon route. Some B.Pharma graduates pursue LL.B and become lawyers. They usually later specialize in pharmaceutical jurisprudence, intellectual property law, patents, etc. Hope this helps.
