MIT is one of the most selective universities, to apply for a UG program take the SAT or the ACT. Excellent SAT or ACT performance is a must, however, they will look at your profile holistically, therefore, you must not only excel in your academics but also in your extracurricular activities. They don't want boring students. You must be an all-rounder, take part in sports, be innovative, be intelligent and what not. Go through their admission page.
