SAT, is a test which need to be taken by the students who wish to pursue undergraduate degree from US.
Universities in UK, do not require SAT scores.
To pursue undergraduate degree from UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

Yes you can apply with your DEC MAT 2011 score in case you are unable to make more than 570. No worries, do not mention while applying for the colleges. Well as for now, do not ponder much, concentrate more on your preparation with the aim to crack the FEB MAT with a much higher score.
