Hi,
US, UK and Canada are among the finest study destination to pursue MS in electronics and related fields.
To pursue MS in these countries you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note GRE is not required by universities in UK.

The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the course shall be:
A recognized first degree of minimum three years' duration in any discipline from Panjab University with at least 50% marks and with Mathematics at 10+2 or at graduation level (all three years).
OR
B.C.A. from Panjab University with 50% marks

Hi Balaji , Bradford MBA is good option to study but it requires 3 years of workexpereince and a GMAT score of 650 and a first class degree . You need to fulfill all these three criteria to get in to this MBA . MDIS is a Great college , is there in Singapore since 1956 . And This is a General MBA with Dissertation at the end of the course .

Hi Krishna,
Staff Service Commission (SSC) conducts an entrance exam annually for the income tax department. The basic qualification required to apply for the SSC is a bachelor (minimum) degree from a recognized University or its equal. The candidates must be atleast 18 years and not more than 27 years at the time of applying for the SSC exam.
As for your current qualification, you need to focus on getting a good degree program from a well recognized University.

Hi,
Germany is a country known for its Technical advancements, so an MS in Mechanical from Germany will surely be a nice step!
There are usually two intakes Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July.
Hence, you will need to make an early application.
Also, education in Germany is govt. sponsored, there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee ranging between 140-500 euros.

Statement of the sort that you were a student for the past few years or you were known to him for the past few years are normal. There can be statements regarding your character and conduct or academic performance and statement mentioning why you are fit for the course.
