Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test.
