To pursue interior design, the basic eligibility is to pass 12th in any stream. There is no age limit.
Admission will be on the basis of the score in the institute's entrance exam and interview thereafter.

It would be advisable to go for regular course as the main aim is to prepare the students with the technical knowledge, artistic awareness, innovativeness and attitude that are necessary for this occupation which will be difficult to attain at correspondence level.

After completing BE you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your BE and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursing MBA in finance or operations management would be the best option for you.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.

as you are now entering in hardware and networking, While staring your Course firstly Decide the Destination for your Career. as its having too many branches as like if we talk about CCNA exam then in specialization you can move for either router / switch / security in this pattern each course module haves its specification.
the courses are conducted from min 2 months till 3 years of duration in which your levels could be like a manner as Entry, Associate, Professional, Expert & Last Architect. Fees starts from 10,000 till 50,000 for coaching only it could vary as per the scenario or structure.
one more thing in the field of Hardware and Networking certifications are basically of two types one is Institute Certificate and other is certificates from the Companies Directly such as
CCNA, CCNP, CCIE from cisco
MCITP, MCTS, MCM from Microsoft and much more

it will be very difficult form my point of view to study Aeronautical Engineering after B. Tech in Chemical Engineering and also you have 4 yrs of work experience in oil and gas industry.
also why exactly you wish to go into aerospace engineering field?
I would suggest a masters in your related field or an MBA will suit and enhance your profile more.

In order to practice as a dentist or to pursue masters degree in dentistry from universities abroad, the international students are required to get themselves registered with respective Dental council of a country where they wish to pursue masters degree or practice as a dentist.
The dental council in most of the countries conducts the qualifying exam for the foreign trained dentist, only if the candidates clears this test, they are allowed to practice or pursue masters degree.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.

As per your profile pursuing MBA from UK, would be the best option for you, however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
