For getting MBBS course in AIIMS HYDERABAD you need to get a rank in NEET UG exam.
IN NEET UG 2023 the closing rank in round 3 was 2811 in general category.
IN NEET UG 2022 the closing rank in round 3 was 6673 in general category.

Yess you can get admissions with 70 percent in class 12th.
There is no 75% criteria in NEET UG EXAM so you can easily get admission in AIIMS HYDERABAD if you have cleared the required cutoff and you have more than 50% marks in boards and passed in biology subject.

No you cannot join AIIMS Hyderabad directly. You have to give entrance exams for both UG and PG degrees.
- For UG degree i.e., MBBS you need to clear the NEET UG exam
- For MD PG degree you need to clear the INI CET exam
- For MS PG degree you need to clear the INI CET exam

So for getting MBBS course at AIIMS HYDERABAD you need to clear the NEET UG exam and get a good rank.
So for NEET UG 2023 the cutoff or closing rank in round 3 for AIIMS HYDERABAD was 2811 for general category and 6673 for general category in 2022

It is very obvious that AIIMS Delhi is far more better than all medical colleges and AIIMS in India. It is well known for their placements, infrastructure and teaching faculty. AIIMS Delhi have top most professional teaching staff. Many students aim is to get admission in AIIMS Delhi because of the name and fame of the college. It is the best college in india because of the facilities it provides to the students. So AIIMS Hyderabad is not as much as good as AIIMS Delhi. Because it is the top AIIMS colleges but AIIMS Hyderabad is an average AIIMS college.

Obviously, NEET is like an entrance to join an medical colleges. Without NEET Examination we cannot join AIIMS colleges. After you have given the entrance examination, an councelling process will happen. In the councelling process, seats will be allocated according to your rank, marks and category wise also. The fees structure for all the AIIMS colleges in India are somehow same. But the facilities in the Colleges vary the fees structure of the respective colleges. We all know that AIIMS Delhi is the best Medical Colleges in India, so there are many facilities in the college compared to AIIMS Hyderabad. Look there is nothing best of best. It's the views of different persons for the college. Many people like AIIMS Delhi and many of them don't like. According to me AIIMS Hyderabad is not the best among all the other AIIMS because it lacks many features and facilities which other AIIMS colleges are giving to students. The major drawback for AIIMS Hyderabad is their placements . They are very low as compared to other AIIMS colleges.

In every AIIMS colleges the no. Of seats for MBBS course are limited. The seats are of 100. These seats are distributed among them in category wise. Mainly the seats are provided to minor category students like ST, SC And physical handicapped students. In my opinion the seats should be distributed equally to every category students and should increase the size of seats in every college because. The cutoffs changes every year for every college in the country. You can check the college link for more information where you can check the latest cutoffs for AIIMS Hyderabad. In the year 2021, The All India general closing rank was 4042. In the year 2022, the cutoff was 6673. In this year, the last round cutoff is of 2811. As you can see that the cutoff is year by year. It is also be noted that the ranks and marking system also changes with catogery.

The Minimum marks required for MBBS AT AIIMS Hyderabad changes every year. The seat in the councelling will be confirmed by the rank you secured in the NEET examination. According to previous year cutoffs we have to get above 700 from 720 for general category students. I want to inform you that the markings and ranks also change with category. In councelling the seat will be allocated according to the ranks not by the marks. So this year last rank Cut-off's is 2811. For securing this much of marks you have get above 700 in the entrance examination. So if you get your rank below the cutoff youu will be getting admission in AIIMS Hyderab
